Five Vietnamese photographers won regional and special mention prizes
at the 2015 Consultative Group to Assist the Poor photo contest,
according to results reported on the website www.cgap.org.
The Hai Au Club of Female Photographers has opened an exhibition of
photos taken by its members to celebrate the club''s 25th anniversary and
Viet Nam Women''s Day on October 20.

Quang Nam won gold and silver medals for their colour photos at the
International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) awards in Serbia.

with one of his photos being included among the top 111 photos of an
international contest in the United Kingdom.
About 40 photos taken during the American war by four Vietnamese
photographers are on display in downtown Ha Noi to commemorate the 40th
anniversary of the country''s reunification (April 30).
The Viet Nam Association of Photographic Artists decided to a
copyright centre, aiming to protect photographers'' rights to their work,
said Vu Quoc Khanh, chairman of the association.
Portraits of Vietnamese ethnic groups taken by photographers Sebastien Laval from France and Le Vuong of Viet Nam will be on show in the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris from today until July 6.
